Healthy Hips Australia does not provide refunds or exchanges on any of its products unless they are faulty or unsuitable for use as described.
Shipping Location
We can only ship to Australian addresses at this time excluding QLD (fundraising licence pending).
Shipping Costs
Items will be sent via registered post: Estimated arrival date 5-8 days from time we dispatch them to you (this could take longer depending on destination).
*If you would like your order to arrive in time for Healthy Hips Week, you can elect to have your T-shirt sent via Express Post: +$5.00. Estimated arrival time for orders made 7 April is 24 April (this could take longer depending on destination).
Delivery
We’ll be ordering the T-shirts on-demand, in minimum bundles of 10, so please be aware it could take 4-5 weeks for you order to arrive. We appreciate your patience as we set up this service.
